Do I need an adaptor to fit your handle to my PerfectDraft Pro machine?
No. Our handle screws straight onto the PerfectDraft Pro machine.

Do I need an adaptor to fit your handle to my PerfectDraft machine?
Yes. Our PerfectDraft Handle Adaptor is required to fit our handle to the original (Philips) PerfectDraft machine.

Do I need an adaptor to fit your handle to my Heineken Blade machine?
Yes. Our Heineken Blade Handle Adaptor is required to fit our handle to the Heineken Blade machine.

Does your handle fit other taps and beer machines?
Yes. Our handle will fit standard taps with a 3/8"-16 UNC male thread. These include taps used on Lindr and PortaPint kegerators. If in doubt, please ask here.

What size is the tap handle and what is it made from?
Our handle measures 12 x 3.5 x 2 cm approx, and is made from aluminium.

Can additional magnetic badges be purchased separately?
Yes. Please click the How To Order button in the PerfectDraft, PerfectDraft Pro or Heineken Blade sections for details and pricing.

Can magnetic badges be used with the One Badge or Two Badge Handles?
No. Magnetic badges can only be used with the Three Badge Handle.

Can you supply custom badges, including custom magnetic badges?

Which carrier do you use for deliveries?
We use Royal Mail's Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 services within the UK. For export deliveries we use Royal Mail's International Tracked service.

How quickly do you despatch orders and how long will they take to arrive?
We aim to despatch next working day. As a guide, UK deliveries should arrive within 1-2 days (Royal Mail Tracked 24), or 2-3 days (Royal Mail Tracked 48). International deliveries can take a little longer and vary from one country / region to the next. Please email mr@hopheadhandles.co.uk for the latest estimates.
